====Introduction====
Night Knights is a fortnightly parlour LARP (Live-Action Role Playing game) run for the [[https://www.oxfordlarp.com/|Oxford LARP Society]]. You will play as a teddy bear or other toy, trying to protect [[family|your child]] from the monsters under the bed.

====Details====
The game takes place fortnightly, starting on **Wednesday, January 29th 2025**, at the [[when_and_where|Asian Cultural Centre]] in Oxford.

The game has already started, but it is still open to new players.

This game is inspired by the Oxford University RPGSoc 'Society Game' format. If you're a new player we recommend checking out our [[Introduction]] page for more information, and you can get a feel of the game on the [[Style and Tone]] page. Otherwise you can jump straight into the world of Night Knights by reading about setting details like the [[family]] or the [[monsters]]. Then you can find out how to make a character and join the game over at [[character creation]].

If you have any questions or need help getting started, you can get in touch with one of the GMs from [[:gm_team|Meet The Team]].

We have a [[https://discord.gg/Hv8BkphaJ2|Discord Server]].  Joining this is not required (we'll be making announcements via email and in session as well), but it's a good place to socialise with your fellow players and chat about the game.
